Indoor Network Cabling

Whether for Data, Voice, Fiber, WAP, or Coax and Security installations, Telcon Datvox can provide full design build solutions and project management with RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification.

Our trained technicians are certified in Belden, Commscope, Panduit and AMP installations. Training includes communications and fiber optic courses at BICSI including workshops and seminars sponsored by our suppliers of material. Courses include installation, termination, design, mechanical and fusion fiber splicing, testing and project management.

All of our technicians have working clearances with the following organizations:

• Public Works
• CPIC
• CRA
• CBSA
• RCMP

Our teams also specialize in University and Hospital installations, and offer infection control procedures including the use of negative air pressure tents.

Telcon Datvox is a corporate member of Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), a professional association following a stringent program in certification for your network cabling project.

Outdoor Network Cabling

Telcon Datvox is fully involved in underground and aerial communication work. We are a proud partner and a fully certified contractor in good standing with Bell Canada, maintaining their Outside Plant throughout the Golden Horseshoe of Ontario since 1982.

From directional bores to backhoes and bucket trucks, we offer a progressive approach to today’s outdoor network needs. Our construction teams have been extensively trained in customer relations and the proficient use of equipment. Along with our Indoor networking team, we offer end-to-end fiber and copper installations in any environment:

• Proving existing underground conduits for potential use with new fiber optics
• Utilizing locate (fault finding) equipment to repair underground copper and fiber cables
• Directional boring of new conduits from property lines to buildings
• Installing new inside conduit (EMT / flex) in all environments including offices, commercial, industrial, and warehouses
• Installing aerial fiber along poles
• End-to-end work is completed by our employees and equipment; no outside subcontractors
